February 1 – 14th our talented pastry department will be making three Valentine’s Day inspired treats. Available at each of our four locations.
Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie: Heart shaped tender dark chocolate sugar cookie filled with house-made chocolate hazelnut filling, topped with icing sugar. We toast hazelnuts to bring out their flavour then puree them with Cacao Barry extra brute cocoa, natural hazelnut oil and pure vanilla extract to make our chocolate hazelnut filling.
Raspberry Cookie: Heart shaped tender lemon sugar cookies filled with house-made raspberry jam, topped with icing sugar.
Chocolate Raspberry Cupcake: Rich dark chocolate cupcake topped with raspberry caramel butter cream. The rich chocolate cake is made with Rabbit River cage-free eggs (Richmond’s happiest hens!) and Cocoa Barry extra brute cocoa.
