Current Position Openings:
Kitchen Operations Manager
We’re seeking a hands-on manager to oversee all aspects of our kitchens in 3 retail café locations and in our production kitchen. Key position responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership – leads a productive workforce of 25+ employees, handles all management functions including hiring, training and development, succession planning and performance reviews.
- Operations – maintains, develops and implements operational policies and procedures to improve quality, efficiency and productivity. Ensures compliance to Work Safe BC, Food Safe and Terra Breads internal standards.
- Financial Management – establishes budgets and monitors food cost controls, labour cost controls, purchasing and inventory controls.
- Quality Assurance – evaluates and monitors quality of the product, sources quality ingredients.
- Special Events – coordinates catering activities for special events as required.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a manager with solid kitchen production experience. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:
- Have a minimum 5 years of operational and management experience in a high volume kitchen.
- Are self-motivated, organized and have exceptional follow through.
- Are able to motivate staff and work collaboratively with great interpersonal skills.
- Are highly creative, conscientious, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Have strong knowledge of food safety standards/
- Have an appreciation and passion for good food!

Human Resources Administrator
The Opportunity:
We have an opening for a full-time Human Resources Administrator. Position responsibilities include:
- Payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Administrative support to Human Resources and other departments as needed.
- Filing, data entry, correspondence and other general office duties.
